2. Do I need to create an account?
Yes, to use the software, you need to create an account after installing it on your computer. You can do this through the “Sign Up” menu.
Registration is free, takes only a few minutes, and no credit card is required. Once your account is created, you’ll have access to all core features.
3. I forgot my password — what should I do?
Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to receive a password reset link via your registered email address.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team by sending an email to support@veriveren.net with the subject “Forgot Password”.
4. I didn’t receive the email verification link — what should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If it hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes, you can use the resend option within the app.

5. Why isn’t the application launching?
Windows:
When launching the app for the first time, Windows may block it because it’s from an unknown publisher.
In this case, you can proceed by clicking “Allow” or “Run anyway.”
macOS (Apple):
macOS may display a “not safe” warning because the app is not signed by Apple.
To resolve this, follow these steps:

Click “Open Anyway” under the message saying “VeriVeren was blocked.”
Alternatively, you can remove the quarantine flag via Terminal:
sudo xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/VeriVeren.app

6. The application opens, but I can’t log in!
This issue is usually related to internet connectivity or temporary system conditions. Please try the following steps:

8. What does the credit system mean?
VeriVeren operates on a credit system, where credits represent the number of data rows you can access.

Freemium users can access 100 data rows per day for free.

If you need to process, view, or download more data:

Standard plan offers 30,000 rows per month

Premium plan offers 150,000 rows per month

Your credit limit automatically resets daily or monthly, depending on your plan. You can choose the package that best suits your needs.
9. Is my data safe within the application?
Data security is a top priority for us. All application data is stored on trusted infrastructure, and sensitive information is protected with appropriate security measures.
Passwords are stored securely, and user data is processed in accordance with strict privacy principles. We follow industry best practices to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your information.

10. Is my data shared with others?
No, your user data is never shared with third parties under any circumstances.
All data is used solely for processes required to operate the system, and your privacy is a top priority for us.
11. How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply send an email to support@veriveren.net stating that you wish to terminate your subscription.
Our support team will process your request as soon as possible.
⚠️ Important: Once your subscription is canceled, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from the system.
This action cannot be undone, and deleted data cannot be recovered.
